En la página de El Replicante encontraréis un extenso Listado de Marcas blancas, que viene a resumir en una tabla, qué marcas «conocidas» están detrás de los productos de las famosas marcas blancas de los grandes supermercados y cadenas de distribución, generalmente más baratos que los otros y supuestamente de igual calidad.
El trabajo hecho por El Replicante es muy interesante, incluyendo una referencia al Buscador de Empresas Alimentarias Inscritas en la Agencia Alimentaria donde se pueden buscar empresas por Razón Social o número de registro ya que según dicen no interesa a las marcas ni a los supermercados que se conozcan las verdaderas marcas tras los envases .
La pregunta es: ¿El hecho de que una empresa productora fabrique y envase bajo diversas marcas algún tipo de producto implica que la calidad de dicho producto es la misma ?
IMPORTANTE: los productos de marcas blancas se identifican fácilmente por los primeros digitos del codigo de barras. A continuación del código del país viene siempre el verdadero fabricante. He leído en blogs que la gente lo suele hacer bastante. Además, como en el supermercado suelen estar juntos en la estantería productos de marca blanca y los que no, es fácil buscar allí mismo cuál es el fabricante.
Eso si, la duda vuelve a ser la misma: la calidad no tiene por que ser la misma.

” Internet se ha convertido en un punto de encuentro para quienes disfrutan cazando las marcas blancas con padrinos conocidos. En los últimos meses, decenas de foros intercambian en la Red enormes listas de productos en las que se relaciona las marcas de supermercados con los fabricantes reales.
Una de las más populares es la del blog el replicante, que incorpora una selección con más de 200 productos y crece cada día con las aportaciones de consumidores. Casi todos los fabricantes enmascarados han sido descubiertos de la misma manera: vía registro on line.
La Agencia Española de Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutrición (AESAN) proporcionó la respuesta a los cazadores de fabricantes agazapados. Este organismo, dependiente del Ministerio de Sanidad y Consumo, dispone de un registro de las empresas alimentarias que trabajan en España. “Es un registro público, como el de la propiedad, pero que incluye a fabricantes o distribuidores”, explica un portavoz. Lo que no sabían en la Agencia de Seguridad Alimentaria es que los consumidores lo usan para saber el nombre que se esconde tras la marca blanca, ya que, aunque el producto venga acuñado por un supermercado, el fabricante está obligado a incluir su número de registro sanitario en el envase.
En la web de la Agencia, en el apartado sobre cadena alimentaria y registro de empresas, un formulario permite comprobar ese registro y facilita el nombre del productor al que pertenece. Si se teclea el código de registro (RGSA) impreso, por ejemplo, en una pizza precocinada con la marca del supermercado Dia (aparece junto al código de barras en un círculo), se obtiene automáticamente el nombre de su elaborador: Campofrío.
“No nos parece mal que la gente lo use para conocer qué está comprando. Al fin y al cabo, las marcas blancas son como las conocidas, pasan los mismos controles, son igual de seguras y a veces son lo mismo”, explica la Agencia. Pero, cuidado: que el fabricante sea el mismo no implica que el producto que venda a las cadenas sea idéntico al que ofrece con su marca.
Dependerá de los acuerdos a los que lleguen proveedor y supermercado”.

Por supuesto, la calidad de la marca blanca viene establecida por el que paga “los Hipermercados en este caso” y siempre lo hacen a la baja por lo que los productos no pueden ser muy buenos.
Compramos marca blanca, para probarla y como no nos gusta, porque ni se parece a la original.
Las marcas blancas siempre irán detrás de las marcas tradicionales, haciendo malas copias.

Estoy de acuerdo en que las grandes marcas siempre van por delante y merecen un respeto por su inversión en Innovación y control de calidad constante en la elaboración de sus productos.
Eso no quita de que existan muchas marcas que sean frabicantes ellos mismos de estas marcas blancas con lo que decir malas copias no sería un concepto adecuado. Si copias económicas.
Cuando compras una marca blanca no estas comprando la misma calidad a bajo precio. Lo que si compras es baja calidad a bajo precio.

¿Que, donde y como compra?
Existen infinidad de marcas blancas donde la diferencia de precio es un 10% y es el mismo producto la diferencia esta en los descuentos comerciales y la caducidad del producto.
