Ya tenía, la mosca trás la oreja, no cogian el telefono, pense en la gran cantidad de gente, que encontraba cada vez que acudía, y deduje que tenían llamadas en espera, pero ayer estuve llamando como 10 veces, incluso llame a Girona donde tenían una delegación, donde dijeron que hacia 2 meses que se habían desvinculado que no pertenecían al grupo, no me dieron más información.
En total fueron 4 o 5 veces las que me reuni con el entonces gerente de la empresa, sin contar las múltiples llamadas y mensajes de correo.
En la última reunión Toni (gerente) una bellísima persona que acababa de llegar a la empresa un par de meses antes, me comentó que habían tenido una movida interna causada por un desfalco de uno de los socios de al menos 350.000€ (casi nada) y como el gasto en publicidad mensual ascendia a unos 25.000€ de los cuales 10.000€ mes se los llevaba Google y sus adwords, se retrasaria un par de meses nuestro trabajo.
El contrato estaba aceptado y teniamos un precontrato firmado, faltaba por firmar el contrato definitivo que se retrasó debido a que su web no estaba acabada, necesitaban unos 15/ 20 días para acabarla, pobres a estos si que les han pillado, llevaban 2 meses trabajando.
Que puedo decir…..como me comentaban en twitter Jordi Perez y Jordi Bufí al menos no nos han enganchado con producción, personal o subcontratación de servicios. Y ha sido por muy poco, había interes en crear un portal de Oposiciones y habíamos empezado a realizar un análisis de la competencia.

Comentar que la negociación fue bastante larga y dura y nos las tuvimos que ver con empresas de la talla de CanalIp, Chaco y alguna otra (todas ellas de Seo).

Hola KOKE, la verdad que fuerte la noticia.. y como dices, lo que más mal estarán pasando son los alumnos, que ahora ni saben si recuperarán su dinero y tienen que buscarse otra academia..

En alguna parte de las noticias de la prensa se puede leer lo siguiente:
“En su página web, la academia Órbita Profesional publicita sus servicios garantizando a los alumnos la devolución del dinero si no conseguían aprobar las oposiciones. ‘Se comenta que la forma de operar de los responsables de la academia es que cuando se acerca el cumplimiento de los tres años de contrato con los alumnos cierran y así no te devuelven el dinero’, sostuvo Simón. ‘Nos han dicho que, como son una sociedad limitada, no se les puede intervenir el patrimonio’, lamentó.”
Una lástima.
Ya se que vosotros no habiais llegado a firmar el contrato definitivo… pero esto me recuerda un caso que vivimos en Brandea no hace mucho. Y viene referente al % de pago por adelantado por proyecto.
Un día discutíamos (negociábamos) un día con un cliente (un promotor), que nos negociaba el precio de su web y el hecho que le pediamos el 50% por adelantado.
Él obstinado en que no pagaba nada por adelantado, y nosotros explicándole que nuestro trabajo es tan a medida e intangible que no podemos revenderlo. Él en cambio, si un piso lo tiene apalabrado y el comprador se hace atras, el mismo piso lo venderá a otra persona. No es algo a medida.
Aunque te hayan pagado el 50%, nuestro trabajo siempre tendrá este condicionante (putada) de que nunca lo podremos revender.

te doy la razon, siempre hay que cobrar como minimo un 40% por adelantado, y una vez acepte la primera fase, cobrar otro 30%
